General TOS
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason I see fit. Do not argue with me, or risk being either added to my blacklist or blocked.
Unless stated otherwise by the client, I reserve the right to post the finished artwork on any and all public social medias.
Commissions can take up to a week or more for me to complete. If any factors pop up that may hinder my ability to complete your commission in a timely manner, you will be contacted about it within a week of the conflict arising.
Communication will be strictly through Instagram, Tumblr, Bluesky, or Discord.
Payment
Payment may be broken up into smaller payments if the final price of your order exceeds 100 USD
After a sketch is sent and replied to, payment must be made within 72 hours unless valid reasoning is given.
If payment is not receieved within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
After a commission is completed, I will not accept refunds. Partial refunds may be accepted if the commission is cancelled prior to completion.
All payments will be made through Paypal or CashApp
Copyright / Usage
My artwork may be posted or used as icons/profile pictures by the recipient of the artwork, only with credit to my Tumblr or Instagram.
The artwork may NOT be resold in any way, or have profit gained from it in any fashion. Neither may the artwork be used in AI or NFT work.
